Help Out With These Projects And Renew Jewish Jerusalem

We are witnessing a literal transformation in the heart of Jerusalem. What was once lost is being reclaimed. What was once overturned is being restored.

With your support, Ateret Cohanim is seeing a modern-day miracle in the Shiloach.

The Victory: Justice for the Hekdesh

After years of grueling legal battles, the tide has turned. The courts have ruled in favor of the Hekdesh Trust. Illegal squatters are being evicted from homes that were stolen from Jewish families generations ago.

  • 30 Apartments are being returned to Jewish hands.
  • 30+ Families will soon fill these streets with Jewish life.
  • The Shiloach is being restored to its rightful heritage.

The Reality: The Cost of the “Return”

While the legal victory is won, the physical battle is just beginning. As these apartments are vacated, many are left in a state of total destruction. To make these spaces livable for a Jewish family, we must undergo a complete “top-to-bottom” renovation.

The Challenge: It costs between $120,000 and $180,000 to renovate and secure just one apartment for a returning family.

Our Call to Action: Dedicate a Home

We are looking for individuals, Shuls, and family foundations to step forward and partner with us in this historic reclamation.

Will you help us turn a “house” back into a “home”?

  • Individual Dedication: Sponsor the full renovation of one apartment.
  • Community Partnership: Get your Shul or community to “adopt” a unit.
  • Foundation Support: Help us bridge the gap for all 30 units.

The mitzva of the Korban Pesach creates the transition from slavery to freedom, symbolizing the creation of the Jewish community and the foundations of Jewish society. It emphasizes the importance of mutual need and duty within the Jewish community, as well as the need for renewal in service to God. Now is the time to come together to support our children, their families and all those in need in our communities.

Bringing Jews back to the Shiloach is more than just a renovation; it is a declaration that the Jewish people are home to stay and we are together with them. Let’s make Jerusalem Great(er) Together!
